Since 2012, the WONDER Foundation has been providing quality education and training to underprivileged women and girls in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa. Their mission is to present them with opportunities, life choices, and personal development to help them thrive and exit poverty for good.
Committed corporate partners since 2022
We knew we wanted to partner with a charity whose work aligned with our Bizik values, and where our efforts would have a significant and sustainable impact. With WONDER’s focus on sustainable employment and gender equality, the charity felt like a natural fit.
We became official corporate partners in 2022 and regularly attend volunteering days at WONDER’s south London site, where, over the years, the charity has worked with 30 partners in 23 countries to equip 100,000+ women and girls with wisdom, confidence and livelihood skills. We’re proud to contribute to the charity’s daily impact and purpose.

Building good into what we do
At the heart of Bizik is a belief that we’re more than just a brand — that we can also be a force for good. Our accreditations are proof of our commitment to CSR, sustainability, diversity, and inclusion. But we won’t stop there. We’re always looking for ways to build purpose into what we do, so watch this space.
We host regular charity events in our offices, encouraging staff to get involved and raise money for WONDER. Some of our recent activities include pool tournaments and Christmas Jumper Day. We also launched a fundraising tool on our internal staff portal, which allows team members to make personal donations through their profiles.

I found it incredibly fulfilling working with the Wonder Foundation. Everyone at the Baytree Centre was so friendly and inspiring. Knowing that I was helping such an important cause felt empowering, especially as a woman myself.
I gained invaluable experience supporting Wonder, where I had the opportunity to make a small, meaningful difference in the lives of young women and girls in need through dedicated service and empowerment initiatives.
