Your service can be customised to suit your needs. Bizik can either answer all of your calls, or alternatively they can just handle your overflow calls when you are busy &#8211; the choice is yours. You will control the divert facility on your telephone line and you can change your status at any time through the online portal.

Yes, your messages will be emailed to you. Your Online Portal will also give you access to an up to date log of your last 100 messages.

Between 5.30pm and 8.30am, your calls will forward to our voicemail system or your calls can be programmed to redirect to your personal line. Your Bizik receptionists will have recorded a personalised greeting for your company.

There is no limit to the number of calls that can be diverted at the same time. Do not worry, the call will not be left unanswered.

No. After completion of your one week trial the plan will have a three month minimum commitment. After the three months, you must give one month’s notice to cease your contract from the date of your next invoice.
