Bizik appoints Ceri Henfrey as Chief Operating Officer

Bizik, a leading UK provider for call answering services, is pleased to announce the expansion of its leadership team with the hiring of Ceri Henfrey as Chief Operating Officer.  

Ceri brings twenty years’ experience in driving high-growth outsourced communication business models and developing customer experience initiatives that increase customer retention and market share. With Ceri’s appointment, Bizik is poised to disrupt the traditional call answering industry with a fresh approach that focuses on transparent pricing, customer-centric technology and innovative communication solutions, setting new standards in service excellence.

As a relatively new brand, this strategic hire will accelerate Bizik’s growth journey.

Ceri joins an existing team of industry experts who have come together to create a new and improved call answering service. In this role, Ceri is responsible for defining the business’ strategic direction and enhancing customer satisfaction, from micro to enterprise clients. In her role, Ceri will focus on expanding Bizik’s services, including the rollout of improved CRM integrations and 24/7 global support offerings for clients.

Before Bizik, Ceri was Chief Operating Officer at Moneypenny, where she contributed to the company trebling its growth by providing consistently excellent customer service. Ceri has also held leadership positions at Bupa and MyTutor.

Among other achievements, Ceri is a proud Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and has a degree in Economic History from the University of Birmingham, as well as a degree in People Leadership and Contact Centre Management from the Open University.
